Hosted by Dine Out magazine, the National Pizza Awards is open to chefs from across the restaurant, quick-service, pub, bar and hotel industries – giving pizza professionals the chance to showcase their perfect pizza to the trade and beyond.
Finalists will compete in a series of challenges, starting with cooking their signature pizza in front the judges, before creating a technical pizza made up from a specific selection of ingredients from the event sponsors. Also returning this year is the Alternative Slice round where finalists will showcase their skills with free-from products.
